Traditional Yoga Weekly classes at River of Light studio, Tennessee (4 – Sessions)


Exploration and Restoration of Mind Body and Soul through the 8 limbs of Yoga representing various traditional styles from: Zero Resistance Yoga to Tibetan Box Breathing, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and guided meditation as given by Dr. ALV Kumar. Our goal is to bring balance by restoring and strengthening our cellular system at all levels by bringing our body into conservation of energy.

We offer classes from beginner to advanced, to facilitate progressive practice on the path of yoga. The classes are designed to de-stress, detox, release and restore as we integrate various aspects of Yoga in a holistic and integrated way by exploring mind and body. 

The classes include zero resistance yoga asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), guided meditation and related theory as explained by Dr Kumar. The class will be a wonderful journey for those who are seeking authentic yogic knowledge and we welcome you to join no matter what stage you are at in your journey
