External Yoga – Yogasanas and Suryanamaskars – Hatha Yoga – Kriyas (Purification Techniques) – Asanas (Group Concept) – Standing Asanas – Core Refinement – Arm Balances – Backbends – Seated and Supine Twists – Forward Bends and Hip Openers – Inversions – Savasana – Pranayamas (Aerobic / Anaerobic) – Mudra and Bandhana – Cyclic Breathing Technique – Visualization Techniques and Kundalini as the culmination of Hatha Yoga (all teachings and techniques are based on Nath Tradition and Ancient Texts like Hatha Yoga Pradeepika, Hatha Ratnavali, Siva Samhitha, Gheranda Samhitha, Kurantaka Yoga and Kapala Kurantaka Yoga) –
